Automating work processes with digital tools

Automation of work processes using digital tools is one of the main activities of our company. Modern times demand fast and efficient delivery, which is why we have decided to focus on improving communication with customers and suppliers in 2024.

We are currently working on an EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) project with our largest supplier BoschRexroth. This system will automatically process invoices, track due dates and match them to incoming goods. The next step, which is already in the testing phase, is to connect to a German supplier who provides up-to-date information on the availability of goods to our system. In this way we will also be able to send orders.

Our warehouse facilities are gradually undergoing reorganization and automation. For example, we are focusing on the correct allocation of warehouse positions. Thanks to consultations with an Abra expert, we have discovered additional ABRA Gen system options that allow us to optimize the workflow of orders and the subsequent fast dispatch of goods and products to customers.
