Privacy Policy

The Aknel SDC+ application (the “Application”) is a mobile application that serves as a client application to the main SDC+ system. The operation of the application is provided by Aknel Group a.s. with its registered office at Strkovská 1, 391 11 Planá nad Lužnicí. In order for the application to function properly, some information from the category of sensitive data needs to be processed. The following are the conditions under which the information is processed.

Processed data

• Static information about the use of the app provided through the official stores (Google Play and App Store).
• The version of the operating system on which the application is installed.
• Data from the device’s camera.

Processing conditions

Any data provided by the user is only used to communicate with the SDC+ main system and is not passed on to third parties (with the exception of anonymised statistical data). The camera data from the device is used solely to retrieve barcode data and no further records of camera use are stored.

Data retention period

The data provided by the user is stored permanently in the SDC+ master system. Statistical information is stored on the official stores (Google Play and App Store) for as long as you use the app.

Validity and Updates to the Terms

These conditions are valid from 14. 7. 2020. In the event of changes, the revision, including the date of issue and validity, will be indicated in these terms and conditions.
